Ingredients

12-14 large mushrooms
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2-3 Tbsp. Cheesy Bacon & Chive Seasoning Mix
6 strips of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbed
2 green onions, diced
½ cup white cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, seasoning,
crumbled bacon, green onions and half of the cheddar cheese. Stuff mushrooms,
sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
